Busy, busy, busy!

It's been a quiet week or so, and I thought it would be a good idea to take a few minutes to type up some thoughts and updates.

I operate another business doing signs, shirts, etc. for local businesses and schools.  I'm selling some of that equipment and dialing back that business a little.  I want to focus on Random Shirts and my family, and cutting down on local business seemed like the easiest way to accomplish that.

So, in the meantime, I'm super busy working on Graduate classes and cleaning up the shop so we can get the equipment moved out next week.  Once I get that taken care of, I can FINALLY get all of the inventory out of boxes and onto shelves.

What's that mean for you?  Quicker order fulfillment and accurate inventory.  Once we have our inventory fixed, we can figure out which designs need to be re-stocked. Our workflow will be a lot more efficient after everything is re-arranged, so we can dedicate more time to the website and social media.  The main reason I bought Random Shirts is to restore and expand the business for you, our customers.  As a long-time customer, I feel a connected to you through Random Shirts.

When everything calms down after this transition, we will start focusing on some Holiday designs and Holiday sales for November.  We have some fun ideas and will be posting more details as we get further into planning it all.

I'll post some before/after pictures of our work space next week.  I will feel incredibly relieved to have it cleaned up and organized in here.
